At the front line of an impressive array of products and services is our Field Sales Engineer (FSE), your account manager. Highly trained, experienced and knowledgeable of your environment, FSEs advise your organization on how you can take full advantage of our services.
Supporting the FSEs is a dedicated group of Customer Service Reps (CSRs) who take care of administrative tasks so the FSEs can focus on you. The CSR group has a tactical reporting line to the Operations Manager.
Guiding this customer focused team is the Area Sales Manager who ensures that all obstacles are cleared in the teams’ efforts to provide customer support excellence.
